As usual I am running a bit behind and 1) haven’t checked to see what I said we’d eat last week and if I stuck to that plan and 2) am posting this prior to hitting the grocery store(s). So we’re out of some stuff, my grocery list tends to change based on the actual state of things IN the store (things on sale that weren’t posted, stuff on sale is unappetizing and sad, whatever) and, most common barrier to success* — I can’t stick to a plan to save my life! But. This is more or less what I think I’ll be cooking up this week.
Sunday — Chinese Takeout (yum)
Monday — Lasagna Roll-Ups, Green Salad
Tuesday — Turkey Curry over Rice, Minty Peas
Wednesday — Vegetable Soup, Baked Potatoes
Thursday — Leftovers
Friday — Horseradish Crusted Tilapia, Quinoa Pilaf, Green Vegetable
Freezer Cooking this Week: Simple Red Sauce, Lasagna Roll-ups, Turkey Broth & Packets of Shredded Turkey for recipes, Butterscotch Bars, Cheesecake Swirl Brownies
*If success is measured by how well I stick to the plan.
